Supporters of the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival at the Patron, Major Patron and Sponsor level are entitled to complimentary passes for redemption to festival screenings.
Sponsors and Major Patrons receive All Access Passes, which may redeemed for one complimentary ticket to any screenings at the festival.
Patrons receive a Patron Pass(es), which may be redeemed for one complimentary ticket to up to 10 screenings, plus the Opening Night Gala and film and Closing film and reception.
All Access and Patron Passes must be redeemed prior to showtime and do not guarantee admittance. We urge you to RESERVE YOUR TICKETS BEFORE THE BOX OFFICE OPENS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2017, after which screenings may sell out.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PASSES
AJFF highly recommends you utilize the easy-to-use online form to place your ticket orders. There are two forms, one for All Access Pass holders and one for Patron Pass Holders:
- FOR ALL ACCESS PASS HOLDERS: Go to AJFF.org/AllAccessPass to redeem your passes.
- FOR PATRON PASS HOLDERS: Go to AJFF.org/PatronPass to redeem your passes.
In addition, All pass holders may also place their orders via phone or in-person at the AJFF Box Office:
- PHONE: You may call the sponsor hotline at any time by dialing 678-701-6107.
- BOX OFFICE: Passes may be redeemed at the theater venues during event hours only. The Box Office will open one hour prior to the first screening of the day, and will close 30 minutes after the last film of the day begins.
The AJFF Fast Track line is designed to offer expedited admission and priority seating for AJFF Patrons and Sponsors. Pass holders are invited to enter the theater and be seated prior to general audiences. Patrons and Sponsors must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime to take advantage of the Fast Track line, and are not guaranteed first entry after theater doors have opened and seating has begun.
Both the All Access or Patron Pass and film ticket are required for admittance to the Fast Track line and theater auditorium.
TICKETS AND SEATING
All screenings are general admission seating. Seats are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a sellout, late arriving ticket-holders cannot be guaranteed a seat. All festivalgoers must depart the auditorium after each screening.
All Access Pass holders may also take advantage of a reserved seating section in the auditorium, to ensure they get some of the best seats in the house. These seats can only be utilized by Major Patrons and Sponsors with an All Access Pass and ticket. No seats in the reserved seating section may be used by those not carrying an All Access Pass.
In the event of a sellout, a standby list will be created. Unoccupied seats will be released at show time, as available. Those wishing to add their name to the standby list must do so in person at the theater venues during event hours on the day of the screening. No email or phone requests for the standby list will be accepted.
